This unit required manually feeding and unloading of container. Previously filled bottles are manually fed, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, and sealing head is performing perfect operation of capping with uniform torque.

The sealing head consists of total four rollers. Two rollers properly Skirts, Spins and Seals the cap and simultaneously another two rollers performs perfect threading according to bottle neck diameter. After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with the help of cam and unload the sealed bottle.
